Serena took home the ladies singles championship at Wimbledon on July 9th, the day following Venus Williams winning the doubles at Wimbledon. Though these two are titans of tennis, and the challenges in their lives help to give a better idea as to why. They recently faced continued hard times when their father, Richard Williams, suffered a stroke right before Wimbledon.
