Part 4: Apps for runners


Part 4 of our series is a app different than our previous ones. If you’re a runner, you probably value your sleep. Sleep Cycle is a app that can help you monitor your sleep. It works using a motion detector to track when you toss and turn in the night. Just place your phone next to your pillow and Sleep Cycle will present you with easy to red graphs when you wake up in the morning. The app also has several choices in alarm clock melodies to wake you up in the morning.
