Couch to 5k is a great app for people looking to get started running. This program starts with simple walk-jog intervals to get you started, and increases in difficulty as you go. If you use this app 3 times a week, you’ll be able to complete a 5k in just 9 weeks! If you’re short on time don’t worry. Each workout takes only 20-30 minutes to finish.
